Not neccessarily. We just booked three
cabins at retail rates that were $100 less a person than interline rates. In today's economy cruise lines are offering added benefits such as on
board credits, tips inclusive, free coupon books, and other amenities. These benefits are very seldom allowed on an interline
fares. Cruise lines have not been as generous this year as in past years. The main reason is that they filing the ships
by offering very competitive retail rates. It used to be that airline employees didn't have to worry about
flying to a destination, but flying non-rev today is a real challange. So the advantage of selling to interliners is greatly
deminished. There are only a handful of interline agencies compared to the thousands of retail agencies. The cruise lines
are now offering the same or better rates to everyone. Call us to insure
that you are getting the best rates. We are associated with a very large consortium that has at least 40,000 cabins booked
under a group at any given time. That translates into not only cheaper rates, but also possible on board credits and amenities. We do not mind checking the rates and you are under no obligation. Remember
that we do not charge a fee. If you book with agencies that charge a fee tho total fare could possibly be more than retail
rates.
